Rules governing a PartySpins account from registration to closure
Last Updated: September 17, 2026
These Terms and Conditions form the agreement governing use of PartySpins. By registering, depositing, claiming a promotion or playing, the account holder confirms that the eligibility requirements are met and agrees to the rules in force for the relevant account action. Promotion-specific terms, game rules, payment notices and responsible-gambling controls form part of the agreement where they apply.
1. Eligibility and legal responsibility
An account may be opened only by a natural person who has reached the legal gambling age applicable to the place of residence and who may lawfully use the service. Registration details must be accurate, complete and kept current. The account holder is responsible for understanding local legal and tax obligations and for using only funds that belong to that person and may lawfully be used for gambling.
PartySpins may request evidence of age, identity, address, payment ownership or source of funds before allowing an account action to continue.
2. One person, one account
Unless the live Terms expressly permit otherwise, one person may maintain one account. Credentials must not be shared, sold or transferred. The registered person remains responsible for activity completed with the account until suspected unauthorised access is reported and the account is secured.
Duplicate, false, shared or manipulated accounts may be reviewed. Promotions, winnings and transactions connected to a breach can be withheld, reversed or adjusted as permitted by the agreement and applicable law.
3. Registration, verification and account security
Registration requires the information shown in the form and acceptance of the current terms. Verification can occur at registration, before a withdrawal, after a payment review or when account activity reaches a compliance threshold. Requested evidence may include government-issued identity, proof of address, a selfie or liveness result, payment ownership and source-of-funds records.
Documents must be legible, current and complete. Altered files, cropped mandatory details or mismatched names can delay a review. The verification centre shows the required item and status. Support should be contacted when a request is unclear rather than sending unrelated documents.
4. Deposits and balance treatment
Deposits must come from a payment instrument or wallet the account holder is authorised to use. The cashier displays the methods, currency, limits and any charge relevant to the account. Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut and supported digital assets may appear among the available routes.
A deposit is commonly subject to one-time turnover before a fee-free withdrawal. Gambling is not a payment-transfer service; deposits made without genuine play can be reviewed and may attract the action or fee described in the live payment terms. Chargebacks, reversed payments and disputed funding can lead to account review and recovery of the resulting balance.
5. Withdrawals and checks before payment
The withdrawal form states the permitted route, minimum and maximum request, currency and any required account step. A minimum withdrawal of EUR 25 is commonly associated with PartySpins payment information, but the cashier controls the live transaction amount.
Before approval, PartySpins may verify identity, address, age, payment ownership, source of funds, bonus status and account activity. A withdrawal can be returned to the account if details are incomplete, the selected route cannot receive the payment, an active bonus condition remains, or a compliance check needs action. The account holder should read the displayed status before submitting a second request.
6. Promotions are separate conditional offers
Each promotion has its own eligibility, opt-in, minimum deposit, wagering, game contribution, maximum stake, validity, free-spin and withdrawal rules. The published welcome structure can include 200% up to EUR 2,000 plus 200 free spins across three deposits, with a EUR 20 qualifying deposit and 35x wagering on bonus and free-spin winnings.
The promotion tile and specific terms control the offer applied to the account. A player must check whether a code or opt-in is required before depositing. Opening several accounts, coordinating play, exploiting errors or using prohibited strategies can invalidate promotional value and related winnings.
7. Game outcomes, interruptions and errors
Game rules and provider records determine valid outcomes. If a connection drops after a wager is accepted, the settled provider result normally remains authoritative. Display errors, incorrect balances, duplicate credits, software faults and manifestly incorrect odds or payouts do not create an entitlement to the erroneous amount. Records may be corrected after investigation.
Players should stop and contact support when a balance or game state appears incorrect. Continuing to use a known error can be treated as prohibited conduct.
8. Prohibited activity
The following conduct can trigger restriction, investigation, transaction reversal or closure:
- fraud, money laundering or use of criminal proceeds;
- false identity, payment or verification information;
- third-party funding without permission;
- collusion, automation, bots or prohibited software;
- exploitation of promotion, pricing, game or technical errors;
- account sale, transfer or credential sharing;
- harassment, threats or misuse of support channels;
- interference with the platform, providers or security controls.
9. Safer gambling and account controls
PartySpins provides account controls that can include deposit limits, session tools, cooling-off, self-exclusion, account closure and marketing preferences. An exclusion or closure request is handled according to its stated effect and duration. Creating another account to bypass a control is a breach of these Terms.
10. Suspension, closure and remaining balance
An account can be suspended while verification, security, payment or prohibited-activity checks are completed. A player may request closure through the account or support route. Subject to lawful deductions, unresolved disputes, bonus adjustments and verification, a valid remaining cash balance is handled under the applicable closure process.
Records may continue to be retained after closure when required by financial, compliance, fraud-prevention, licensing or responsible-gambling duties.
11. Complaints and disputed transactions
A complaint should identify the account, date, amount, transaction or game reference, relevant promotion and desired resolution. Screenshots and provider round identifiers can help, but passwords, seed phrases and full card security codes must not be supplied. PartySpins first reviews the account record and responds through the registered channel. Further escalation follows the complaints route stated in the live Terms.
12. Changes, severability and governing provisions
PartySpins may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, security, payment or product changes. The updated date identifies the current document, and material changes may be communicated through the website or account. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The governing law, contracting entity and dispute forum are those identified in the live Terms presented for the account.
